The weapons from the Combat Universe, available for many types of infantry, form the main damage counters.

Overview[]

The player is allowed to use weapons from many races, such as Scorpions, Spikers, and Sentinels, often turning the enemy's firepower against them.

Scorpion weapons tend to use bullets, explosives, rail guns, and lasers. Spiker weapons are generally plasma or energy based. All plasma weapons use charge. All weapons run out of ammunition or charge when used extensively. Covenant weapons typically overheat if fired continuously for long periods of time, which causes your weapon to become temporarily unresponsive.

The M3A5 Individual Combat Weapon System (abbreviated M3A5 ICWS), more commonly known as the MA5C Assault Rifle, is a standard Scorpion firearm and is the successor of the MA5B Individual Combat Weapon System.
