Super Saiyan 7 is the successor of Super Saiyan 6 form. It's widely regarded as Super Saiyan 6 form since its avaliable to all members of the Saiyan race and not only the elites. Super Saiyan 7 form has a lot in common to the Super Saiyan 3 form, except the obvious difference in power. This power is by far the most respected transformation of the Saiyans, even if there is more transformations above this one. This form has special powers never seen in Saiyans before, as the Super Saiyan 7 form can inflict pain in much more diverse ways than just melee damage. Super Saiyan 7 form is acheived when a Saiyan has either Super Saiyan 5 or 6 forms under their belt and he/she achieves the ability to do great psychic feats. This triggers a radical transformation in the Saiyan and he/she reaches SSJ 7 form.

Super Saiyan 7
Super Saiyan 7 is an extremely advanced transformation reserved for Saiyans who have mastered the SSJ 5 and 6 forms respectively. Super Saiyan 6 form is only required if you are of an elite Saiyan ancestry. This form, like other the other Higher Transformations, has never been achieved before, making Goku the first one.This form has exclusive powers only avaliable in this form. But beforehand, the Saiyan must have complete mastery of SSJ 5 and SSJ 6 if eligible for that form. He/she must also have some type of mastery over psychic powers. This is required for a SSJ 7, because this form uses more psychic powers to defeat opponents rather than the normal melee and energy attacks. If the Saiyan achieves these requirements, he/she initiates the transformation and achieves the SSJ 7 form.

Super Saiyan 7 Vegeta
Super Saiyan 7, although good-hearted and forgiving, appears in a form that defines what an evil Saiyan's ultimate form. Hair reaches foot length, becoming a dark demonic color (blood red for Vegeta and dark purple for Goku). Muscle mass swells eyes turn adjacent to the color of the hair. Mostly all clothing is set to resemble evil colors. Skin becomes more paler and much more ghostly. The whole outlook of the Super Saiyan 7 form changes the whole phase of the Saiyan to make him/her to look evil.
