HAIL Frieza (悦楽のフリーザタイム) is a rush attack used by Frieza in his second form. First, Frieza says "I'll show you Hell!" as he charges at the opponent and knees the opponent up into the air. Then, he flies up at the opponent to impale them in the chest with one of his horns. Next, he shifts his head up and down, further injuring the opponent and causing more blood to leak out of them. Finally, Frieza throws the opponent off his horn down to the ground and blasts them with a Punishing Blaster, inflicting a massive amount of damage.
Frieza uses most of this attack during his battle against Gohan, Krillin and Vegeta. After blasting everyone away with a huge shockwave blast, Frieza takes a moment to decide who should die first, and then flies up and attempts to impale Dende, who is being carried by Krillin. Although Krillin throws Dende out of the way, Frieza attacks Krillin with the "HAIL Frieza" rush's horn impalement and throw, bringing him to near death and throwing him down deep into the Namekian sea. Gohan then furiously attacks Frieza, while Dende rushes to retrieve and heal Krillin back to health, who then attacks Frieza with a Destructo Disk after his healing.
"HAIL Frieza" is named in the Budokai Tenkaichi series and is Frieza's Ultimate Blast in his second form. In Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi, it was originally named "Pleasurable Frieza Time". However, this was later changed in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3. It also appeared in the Raging Blast series and Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi, returning as Frieza's ultimate attack in his second form.
