Final Shine Attack (ファイナルシャインアタック) is Vegeta's ultimate attack as a Super Saiyan 4. First, Vegeta puts his right hand to his side and forms a green energy sphere. Then, he brings his hand forward and fires a green energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.
Overview[]
Vegeta first uses this attack in his Super Saiyan form during the battle against Super 17, but it proves ineffective against the Super Android.
Later, Vegeta in his Super Saiyan 4 mode uses the Final Shine Attack performed with the Final Flash stance along with Goku's 10x Kamehameha at the same time against Omega Shenron, hitting the Shadow Dragon but to no avail.
Appearances in Video Games[]
The Final Shine Attack is a death move used by Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 and Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World where it's performed with the Final Flash stance like the one Vegeta used against Omega Shenron.
In Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, the Final Shine Attack is Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta's Ultimate Blast and is performed like the one he used in his Super Saiyan form against Super 17. When performing the attack, Vegeta pulls his right arm a little behind his side and charges his ki, saying "Take this, my new finishing move" then brings his arm forward while shouting "Final Shine Attack!".
