Kelly (ケリー, Kerii) is the house legendary Pokemon cat of the Spencer Family appears in the manga and anime Dragon Ball series, movies and video games appearances.
She's the surviving member left and last descendant of the legendary Pokemon, Mew from the Pokemon World and in the Spencer World.
She's also best friend of Kayla Spencer, Melissa and Marie.

Kelly is a very smaller and young, cat-like Pokémon with small, pointed ears, blue eyes, a long, thin tail with a large bulge at the end, and large feet with three toes in the manga and anime Dragon Ball Z series, movies and video game appearances.
It is covered with a layer of fine, pure white hair (pure white pink hair), only visible with the aid of a microscope. It has extremely short arms with three fingers on each paw, and has small, orange paw pads on the undersides of its feet.

Kelly is a most polite character who always wants to play and fun anybody around her of the manga and anime series, films and video games appearances. Kelly is a very fun-loving, playful, pure-hearted, kindhearted, caring, childish, bubbly, polite, sweet, innocent, adorable, cuddly, friendly, protective, strong-willed, clever, intelligent, memorable, knowledgeable, nice, brave, happy, cheerful, energetic and positive personality like her birth mother and ancestor, Mew. Like her ancestors, she becomes upset if another Pokémon is upset, frustration, anger rage and strong emotions to trigger her amazing potential bluish white aura with psychic powers, techniques and other special abilities.
She meets Kayla and her friends for the first time of Age 762 in Namek Saga and Frieza Saga, since Frieza, Zarbon, Dodoria, Cui, Appule and the Ginyu Force invasion in Spencer World for the second time, upon Kayla's fourth birthday party because she's witnessing Frieza and his minions killed her biological mother in front of her to watch her die for protecting her from them by hidden in the brushes, until Kayla saw the member of the Ginyu Force, Recoome, tries to kill her next, so she came to save her from the Ginyu Force while herself and others has escaped from them through into the outside world as Earth.
