Super Saiyan 5 (超サイヤ人フォー, Sūpā Saiya-jin Fivō) is a transformation first achieved by Vaku. Vaku achieved this technique through intense training, also you must NEED to unlock it, it's not something you want, it's something you need. When Goku when SSJ it was because he needed to avenge Krillin, in this form you must have the need, and intense training to transform. After this form is attained once, it can be accessed at any point.

This transformation is similar to Super Saiyan 4, but instead of red fur, the user is covered with gray for except for the chest, just like Super Saiyan 4, even if the user does not have a tail they grow one, and the hair is lengthened, but not nearly as long as a Super Saiyan 3's. The aura in this form loses the arcs of electricity and replaces it with sparkles and also becoming pure fire, that blazes around, the user can quickly make the aura disappear also, due to full control of this form.

The massive power and speed enhancements brought on by this form easily make it one of Vaku's strongest Super Saiyanforms. For example, Vaku's Super Saiyan 4 form was equal to SSJ4 Gogeta, as soon as Vaku's transformed into a Super Saiyan 5, their roles in power became no match, with Gogeta being almost unable to hurt Vaku at all.
