Cell in his powerful form
Cell (Fused with Namekians) is Cell fused with the entire population of Namekians on Planet Namek. The sheer amount of Namekians he fused with skyrocketed his power to rival even a Super Saiyan 3.
Personality[]
Even though Cell had gained a dramatic power-up, his personality had changed to a kind, and generous person. With Cell at a change of heart, he could be taken in as a special member of the Z-Fighters.
Appearance[]
Cell's exoskeleton is now pure green, but his wings retain a yellowish-green tone to it.
